When talking about Malaysian Oi!, there’s no avoiding A.C.A.B.. Formed in 1994, the band quickly earned the nickname Godfathers of Malaysian Skinhead/Oi! and kickstarted a movement that would influence countless youth in the region. Their early demo tape, released through their own Brovver Brigade Records, spread like wildfire, with tracks like Unfairground, City Girl and Fight for Your Right circulating hand to hand.

Through the late ’90s and early 2000s, A.C.A.B. grew from underground heroes into a household name in Malaysia’s alternative oi! scene. Skinhead 4 Life remains one of their most debated tracks, its global impact is undeniable—especially after Haymaker covered it, cementing A.C.A.B.’s place in the international Oi! history.

Fast forward to 2025: Best of A.C.A.B. Compilation Vol. 1 breathes new life into these classics. A.C.A.B. may have shifted directions in the mid-2000s under the name The A.C.A.B., leaning toward indie rock, but this compilation focuses on the era that made them legends. And it's a banger!!
