1. Cock Sparrer

The undisputed kings of Oi! Cock Sparrer is the band that bridges punk and Oi! with sing-along anthems like “England Belongs to Me” and “Take ’Em All.” Their working-class pride and catchy tunes make them a staple for any Oi! playlist.

2. Sham 69

Before Oi! was even a term, Sham 69 was already paving the way with songs like “If the Kids Are United” and “Hurry Up Harry.” Their politically charged lyrics and raw energy helped set the stage for the Oi! movement.

3. The Business

You can’t talk about Oi! without mentioning The Business. Tracks like “Suburban Rebels” and “Drinking and Driving” are pure anthems, combining humor with hard-hitting social commentary. They’re as real as it gets.

4. Angelic Upstarts

Angelic Upstarts brought a sharp political edge to Oi!, tackling issues like police brutality and class struggle in songs like “Police Oppression” and “I’m an Upstart.” A band with a message and a whole lot of power.

5. Blitz

With their debut album “Voice of a Generation,” Blitz captured the angst and spirit of the youth. Tracks like “Someone’s Gonna Die” and “Never Surrender” are timeless, blending punk energy with Oi!’s streetwise grit.

6. Cockney Rejects

The band that practically coined the term Oi! Their classic “Oi! Oi! Oi!” is an anthem for the scene, and their fusion of punk aggression and football culture made them legends in their own right.

7. Last Resort

As one of the grittiest bands on this list, Last Resort’s “Violence in Our Minds” became an instant Oi! classic. Their raw sound and no-nonsense lyrics resonate with the frustration of the working class.

8. Discharger

From the Netherlands, Discharger brings a modern twist to the Oi! genre with powerful tracks like “Still Angry” and “Born Immortal.” Their mix of melodic hooks and raw energy proves Oi! is alive and kicking across the globe.

9. 4-Skins

Known for their uncompromising attitude, the 4-Skins gave us bangers like “Chaos” and “A.C.A.B.” Their music is unapologetic, representing the raw anger and energy of the early Oi! movement.

10. Crown Court

London-based Crown Court is one of the most exciting newer Oi! bands. With tracks like “We Made You” and “Hated But Rated,” they keep the spirit of classic Oi! alive while bringing a sharper, modern edge to the scene.
